Parents receive enough visibility to support the athlete without turning the dashboard into a surveillance system.
A weekly pattern summary can show check-in consistency, sleep targets, academic status, and unresolved physical alerts without exposing every private emotional selection.
Parents do not automatically receive private daily emotional selections, player notes, Prayer & Reflection entries, coach-only observations, or internal communication logs.
Private reflection is never graded. It can be shared with a parent only through an explicit athlete action, except when safety or mandatory-reporting obligations require escalation.
Parents may text Coach Hood directly. A text should precede non-urgent phone conversations so a proper time can be established.
Non-urgent communication is normally answered within one business day. Coach Hood leads a full training schedule and is a father of four.
Physical safety, schedule changes within 24 hours, and urgent player-wellbeing matters should be clearly identified in the message.
No minor receives an active account or public profile merely by submitting an application.
No public athlete profile is active by default. Separate participation and public-media permissions are maintained.
No home address, public phone number, real-time location, or public school schedule is shared.
Staff-athlete operational communication does not occur through disappearing private-message channels.
Public athlete content requires an active parent-controlled approval record.
Staff access is limited, logged, and removed when no longer required.
Families retain ownership of athlete accounts and can receive an organized archive of completed work.
The first Elite 8 cohort begins August 10, 2026. Applications are reviewed in the order received.
