This is more than training

The relationship is the product.

Most athletes do not need another collection of drills. They need someone who understands their game, knows their goals, sees their habits, communicates with their family, studies their film, recognizes when they are struggling, and connects today’s work to the person they hope to become.

Elite 8 combines basketball development, athletic performance, film study, academic accountability, recovery awareness, personal identity, and consistent mentorship throughout the school season. The platform organizes the experience. It does not replace the relationship.

Academic accountability

The classroom counts.

Basketball can be a young person’s strongest source of motivation. It can also become an excuse to neglect the place where much of the future rides.

Elite 8 includes twice-monthly grade accountability designed to reinforce honesty, organization, and early awareness. Kuwa Bora is not a school or tutoring company.

Athlete Identity

The student. The athlete. The person.

Every Elite 8 athlete receives a parent-controlled system for professional storytelling, recruiting-ready presentation, teen safety, and long-term media organization.

Meet Coach Hood

The game is the vehicle.

Basketball has carried Coach Hood through championships, major injuries, professional development environments, high-school classrooms, varsity and college coaching, marriage, and fatherhood.

Those experiences formed one belief: basketball can open extraordinary doors, but its greatest value may be found in the person it helps a player become while pursuing them.

Be your best — not only when someone is watching.

Application and enrollment

Selection before enrollment.

Submitting an application does not create an account or guarantee acceptance. The process protects the athlete, family, and the quality of the eight-person cohort.

1

Apply

A parent begins the application and shares the athlete’s goals, school, team, and availability.

2

Fit conversation

Player, parent, and Coach Hood discuss readiness, expectations, schedule, and alignment.

3

Acceptance

Selected families complete enrollment, consent, payment, account setup, and baseline testing.
