Terms of Use.

Scope and operator

These terms govern use of the Kuwa Bora Basketball website, assessments, inquiries, Online Coaching enrollment, and related services. Kuwa Bora Basketball is operated by Sky Hood Ventures LLC. In person participation is additionally governed by the current participation agreement and any service specific enrollment terms accepted by the family.

Player Build, Player Build, and inquiries

Performance Assessment

The in person Performance Assessment is $149 and is used to establish a physical baseline and support Strength placement. Assessment results are educational and coaching oriented and are not medical diagnoses.

Online Coaching

Online Coaching is $449 per month as a recurring coaching subscription. It renews monthly until canceled before the next billing date. Payments are non refundable except where required by law. Exception: if Kuwa Bora declines an enrollment during the one business day fit review, the subscription is canceled and the payment is fully refunded before coaching begins; cancellation stops future renewal and does not refund the current paid period. Coaching scope may be reasonably adjusted as the athlete's needs, season, schedule, and progress change while preserving the described individualized service.

Private / Semi Private Basketball Strength & Performance

Strength & Performance is delivered in scheduled private and semi private training groups capped at four athletes, with three 75 minute sessions per week. Families may choose an initial 12 week development option or a flexible monthly option. Current plan pricing and the exact recurring billing terms are shown on the Online Coaching page and at secure checkout and again before checkout. Final track placement is based on age, training age, physical development, ability, schedule, and coach judgment. Required facility access is included while the athlete remains actively enrolled.

Strength absences and schedule

Athlete missed sessions are not refunded or credited. When practical, Kuwa Bora may offer a makeup in another appropriate track with available capacity, but makeups are not guaranteed. A session canceled by Kuwa Bora will be made up or credited. Team schedules, travel, school conflicts, in season status, or voluntary absence do not automatically change the membership rate or commitment.

Phoenix Residency

Phoenix Residency is application only and individually scoped. Accepted families receive the complete structure, schedule, and pricing before making any commitment. It is the local pathway that may include hands on basketball skill development along with physical preparation, film, mentorship, player development planning, and parent communication. Accepted families receive the applicable service scope and payment terms before enrollment.

Payments

Card payments may use Stripe hosted Checkout. Payment is considered complete after Kuwa Bora receives confirmation from its payment processor. Recurring services continue according to their accepted billing terms until canceled or concluded. Where Arizona ESA/ClassWallet is used, the family remains responsible for eligibility, available funds, documentation, and approval.

In person participation

Before in person training begins, the parent or legal guardian must complete the current Participation Agreement, Assumption of Risk, Release, Medical Authorization, and Safety Acknowledgments and any service specific enrollment terms. Media permission remains separate and optional.

No outcome guarantees

Kuwa Bora does not guarantee playing time, statistics, physical results, injury prevention, roster placement, exposure, recruiting interest, scholarships, offers, professional opportunities, follower counts, NIL income, or any other specific athletic or financial outcome.

Arizona ESA

ESA/ClassWallet is a payment pathway, not a guarantee of eligibility or coverage. Families are responsible for the terms of their individual ESA account and current Arizona Department of Education requirements. Kuwa Bora does not guarantee approval of a particular service, invoice, membership, or amount.

Intellectual property

Site copy, branding, graphics, layouts, photographs, training materials, videos, and original Kuwa Bora programming may not be reproduced, resold, distributed, or commercially used without authorization. Third party marks and materials belong to their respective owners.

Website information

Public schedules, availability, pricing, and educational content may change or contain inadvertent errors. Kuwa Bora will use reasonable efforts to correct material errors. Nothing on the public website replaces individualized medical, legal, tax, or eligibility advice.

Independence

Kuwa Bora Basketball is independent of the Arizona Interscholastic Association, member schools, districts, athletic programs, PJF Performance, and other third parties referenced for biography, testimonial, or educational context unless a separate written relationship is expressly stated.
