Public-site scope: These terms govern use of the public website and application process. Training, payment, health, media, digital services, and enrollment are governed by separate signed documents provided only to accepted families.

Educational and marketing site

This public website explains the Kuwa Bora concept and accepts applications. It does not itself enroll an athlete, create a coaching relationship, establish eligibility, or guarantee a position.

No outcome guarantees

Kuwa Bora does not guarantee playing time, statistics, physical results, exposure, recruiting interest, scholarships, offers, followers, NIL opportunities, or income.

AIA and school independence

Kuwa Bora is independent of the Arizona Interscholastic Association, member schools, districts, and athletic programs. Educational AIA and NIL summaries are not official interpretations or eligibility rulings.

Applications

Applications may be accepted, declined, or placed on a waitlist based on capacity, grade availability, readiness, schedule compatibility, family alignment, and Coach Hood’s ability to serve the athlete.

Intellectual property

Site copy, branding, graphics, layouts, and original Kuwa Bora materials may not be reproduced or commercially used without authorization. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

Changes

The site, program description, schedule, policies, and terms may change as the founding program, facilities, applicable rules, and technology develop.
