Information collected
The public application may collect parent contact information, athlete identity, grade, school, team, city, position, goals, availability, and application responses. Do not submit medical records, passwords, government identification, or sensitive documents through the public application.
How information is used
Information is used to review program fit, communicate with families, manage the application and waitlist, prevent fraud, operate the site, and plan program services.
Minor accounts
The public site does not permit a minor to self-create an active athlete account. Player and parent accounts are created only after acceptance and completion of required parent-controlled enrollment steps.
Public profiles and media
No public athlete profile is active by default. Participation consent, public-media authorization, and third-party commercial use should be handled separately.
Sharing and retention
Kuwa Bora does not sell application information. Service providers may process information only as required to host the site, receive submissions, communicate, secure records, or deliver authorized services. Retention should be limited to legitimate operational and legal needs.
Parent rights
Parents may request access, correction, deletion, or export subject to identity verification, legal obligations, and legitimate record-retention requirements.
