Training in the Valley

College & Pro Off-Season Training.

Individualized basketball skill, physical performance, film, movement, and mindset work for college and professional athletes during the off-season.

Complete preparation

Train both sides of performance.

The goal is not to stack disconnected workouts. It is to align skill craft, athletic preparation, decision-making, recovery, and the athlete’s actual competitive demands.

Basketball skill

Shooting, finishing, ball handling, creation, pace, reads, footwork, position-specific solutions, and efficient shot selection.

Physical performance

Strength, power, movement quality, vertical development, speed, agility, durability, and workload-sensitive preparation.

Film & decision-making

Possession-by-possession review, role clarity, reads, defensive assignments, pacing, and the situations most important to the player’s next season.

Mental performance

Breath work, preparation, confidence, response to pressure, communication, and routines that support sustainable performance.
