Kuwa Bora is building a small bench of elite development coaches to serve a growing online roster. Coaches deliver the Kuwa Bora system, individual planning, weekly video feedback, live calls, game review, to their assigned athletes, with Coach Hood leading standards, onboarding, and quality.

No mass hiring. Every coach is selected through a direct process with the founder.

Strong applications receive a private link to book a working conversation with Coach Hood, philosophy, film, feedback quality, and standards.
Fit decision
Selected coaches complete Kuwa Bora onboarding, shadow the system, and receive their first assigned athletes deliberately, never dumped a roster.
The deal
Real revenue share on assigned athletes.
Kuwa Bora coaches earn a competitive percentage of collected revenue on every athlete assigned to them, every month those athletes stay, aligned incentives, transparent accounting, capped rosters so quality never dilutes. Exact terms are set individually during the fit process.
