Partner Terms.

Program scope
The Kuwa Bora Partner Program is an invitation/approval based referral program for Online Coaching. Participation does not create employment, coaching, agency, franchise, joint venture, or authority to bind Kuwa Bora.
Eligibility
Partners must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account and payout information, remain legally able to participate in their country, and complete Stripe Connect onboarding where supported. International participation and payout availability remain subject to Kuwa Bora's ability to service referred customers and Stripe's supported countries/capabilities.
Customer offer
An approved referral link provides the referred customer 10% off the first successfully collected month of Kuwa Bora Online Coaching. The standard service price remains $449/month. The discount does not apply to Basketball Strength, Performance Assessments, Phoenix Residency, or other Kuwa Bora services.
Referral attribution
Valid Partner links use a first party referral record for up to 30 days before purchase. A later valid Kuwa Bora Partner link may replace an earlier Partner attribution before checkout. Kuwa Bora may correct duplicate, fraudulent, self referred, or technically invalid attribution.
Commission
The standard Partner commission is 10% of actual Online Coaching subscription revenue collected by Kuwa Bora after discounts and before Stripe processing fees while the attributed subscription remains successfully paid and active. Kuwa Bora may approve a different recurring commission rate for an individual Partner, and the active rate shown in that Partner dashboard controls future eligible commissions. Failed payments generate no commission. Commissions enter a 14 day clearing period before becoming payout eligible.
Refunds, disputes and reversals
Refunds, chargebacks, payment reversals, fraud, duplicate attribution, self referral, or other invalid transactions reverse or void the associated commission. If a reversed commission was already paid, Kuwa Bora may reverse the related Stripe transfer where available or offset the amount against future earnings.
Payouts
Kuwa Bora's standard payout run occurs weekly on Friday for eligible cleared commissions when the Partner has completed payout onboarding and Stripe permits the transfer. Banking, identity, country, compliance, technical, or payment processor issues can delay a payout without changing a valid earned commission.
Disclosure and endorsement rules
Partners must clearly and conspicuously disclose the financial relationship with Kuwa Bora whenever posting, recommending, reviewing, or otherwise promoting a referral link. Disclosures must be understandable and placed with the endorsement, not hidden in a profile, hashtag block, or separate page.
Prohibited activity
Partners may not make false performance, scholarship, recruiting, injury prevention, income, or outcome guarantees; impersonate Kuwa Bora; buy Kuwa Bora branded search terms without written permission; post the code to coupon dumping sites; spam; self refer; create fraudulent transactions; use protected athlete information; or make claims Kuwa Bora has not approved.
Brand use
Approved partners may accurately describe Kuwa Bora and share approved program information and referral links. Kuwa Bora names, marks, creative, testimonials, and training materials remain Kuwa Bora property and may not be modified to create misleading endorsements or unauthorized products.
Termination
Either party may end the relationship. Kuwa Bora may pause or terminate participation immediately for fraud, misleading claims, disclosure failures, brand misuse, legal/compliance risk, or behavior inconsistent with athlete/parent safety. Valid cleared commissions remain payable subject to reversals and these terms.
Independent tax responsibility
Partners are responsible for their own taxes, reporting, licensing, and legal obligations. Stripe may collect identity and tax information and provide applicable tax documents according to its requirements and applicable law.
Referral access and coaching access are separate.
Partner status does not provide access to athlete identity or private coaching information. If Kuwa Bora separately assigns a referred client to a Partner for coaching, the Partner dashboard may show the limited client contact information needed to provide that service. Assigned coaches must protect athlete and family information, use it only for Kuwa Bora coaching, follow parent and minor communication standards, and stop using the information when the coaching assignment ends.
